A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives
• Oversee daily HR functions and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and employee relations, including conflict resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Eight or more years of HR experience in a government contracting environment
• At least four years of HR management experience
• Strong knowledge of federal HR compliance requirements
• Understanding of core HR management aspects, including benefits administration and HRIS management
• Bachelor''s Degree in Human Resources or a related field; PHR/SHRM/CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred
