Under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), you will deliver resident-centered care and daily living assistance aligned with care plans, ensuring both physical and psychological needs are met. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Taking and recording vital signs, and ensuring residents' comfort and cleanliness. Providing assistance during meal times, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. Supporting residents with mobility through transfer techniques and exercises. Documenting resident interactions and reporting any changes to the charge nurse. Maintaining a clean environment and assisting with wellness programs. Participating in departmental committees as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Minimum age of 16 with prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred. Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state-certified CNA within four months of hiring. Completing annual competency testing and maintaining continuing education credits. Registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry where applicable.
