Build impactful, high-performance software by developing, testing, and maintaining scalable, secure applications within a collaborative Scrum team. Solve complex business challenges alongside software engineers, QA, and product owners while continuously improving code quality, team productivity, and technical practices. Be a key contributor from design to deployment—translate user stories into innovative solutions, write clean code, and document technical specifications. Embrace continuous learning and mentorship by helping teammates grow professionally and promoting best practices in coding, security, and development processes. Support critical systems through occasional off-hours on-call rotation (every 3–4 months) and release deployments to ensure platform availability and reliability. Stay engaged with occasional travel (up to 15%) to participate in company events, workshops, and conferences. Essential Skills
Abilities:
Extensive experience developing high-volume, transactional SaaS web applications with strong expertise in T-SQL, SQL Server performance tuning, and Agile methodologies; preferred background includes .NET 4.5–4.7, ASP.NET Web API, LINQ, SSRS/SSIS, Entity Framework, Test Driven Development, real-time financial systems, automated unit testing, and UML/use cases. Experience:
3+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in web application development using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, WCF, RESTful services, MS SQL Server/T-SQL, and object-oriented design; hands-on experience in Azure cloud solutions, Kubernetes environments, and microservices architecture. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline required; Master's degree preferred. Location:
Role requires being in the office 25% of the time in Boston, MA; Maitland, FL; or Milwaukee, WI. What We Offer
