Hands-on engineering and debugging across system-level software and infrastructure Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to support distributed systems Independently analyze and optimize performance in a fast-paced environment Develop and maintain high-throughput, low-latency components Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with teammates Required Skills & Experience

4-5 years of professional experience writing system-level software in C++, C#, or similar Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals (Windows or Linux) Deep knowledge of networking protocols and internals Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with high-throughput and distributed systems Exposure to kernel bypass technologies (e.g., DPDK, RDMA) Background in performance tuning, garbage collection, and memory allocation Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset Curiosity about how software interacts with hardware What You Will Be Doing
