Senior Tax Manager
with deep expertise in
Trusts and Estates . This is an ideal move for someone ready to step into a visible leadership role with real long-term growth upside. Base pay range:
$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Note: Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. What You’ll Do
Lead and review complex trust, estate, and individual tax engagements. Advise high-net-worth clients and families on multi-generational wealth, charitable planning, and estate strategies. Supervise and mentor tax staff, managing workflows from planning through delivery. Partner directly with firm leadership to expand the Trust & Estates practice and develop new client relationships. Stay current on evolving tax law and estate-planning strategies to guide clients with precision and confidence. What You’ll Bring
CPA (required); JD or LLM in Taxation a plus. 7+ years of progressive public accounting experience with a strong focus on trust and estate tax. Proven ability to lead teams and build lasting client relationships. A growth mindset and desire to play a key role in a firm’s continued expansion. Hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office).
