Summary

The

Configuration Management (CM) Analyst II

works with a cross-functional team to create/write, review, analyze, track, edit, and process for release product/project documentation and PLM Changes (ECOs, Deviations, ECRs, MCOs, etc.) and other related assignments per Configuration Management (CM) processes. Position Responsibilities

Reviews PLM Changes (MCO, ECO, ECR, Deviation, etc.) for accuracy and helps to incorporate changes. Shepherds PLM changes through to release Accurately and thoroughly reviews all documentation submitted for release; Works with other functions to create, coordinate, track, and release PLM Changes Effectively reads and understands BOMs, product definition, test, and manufacturing information Demonstrates a fundamental understanding of corporation\'s cross functional roles and responsibilities Demonstrates an understanding of company\'s product lines and engineering/CM processes; Trains others on CM processes Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Consistently demonstrates ability to identify and prioritize workload Reacts to periodic audits on the conformance to CM practices and work with supervisor to deploy necessary corrective actions. Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in a productive manner with others across disciplines Solves practical problems in a constructive manner and deal with a variety of variables in ambiguous situations where only limited standardization and structure exist Responsible for completing assigned tasks within project schedule and budget Other duties as assigned by manager Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

High school diploma or GED is required 2 - 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education Demonstrates competency in data systems and is a moderate user of MS Office Suite products Excellent attention to detail Demonstrates general comprehension of how to review and understand program/project documentation Consistently demonstrates effective analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills and provides articulate and accurate instructions to others, as required Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience)

Ability to work in an office environment (Constant) Required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent) The salary range for this role is: $62,741 - $88,935 AeroVironment considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the location, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
