Responsibilities

Utilize a person-centered approach to engage residents and build relationships based on positive perceptions of aging.

Develop a monthly calendar in partnership with residents based on their shared interests.

Collaborate with the community leadership team to plan, coordinate, and execute special events (e.g., holiday, family, educational, and marketing events).

Plan and schedule meaningful resident engagement opportunities outside the community, which may include driving a community vehicle.

Hire, train, and supervise at least one full-time associate to ensure all expectations are met.

Facilitate, plan, and coordinate collaboration between service lines (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing) to enhance campus engagement.

Qualifications

Requires at least one year of direct experience with adults. Leadership experience and a degree in a related field are preferred (therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, education, or other related field).

Must have a valid driver\'s license and may be required to obtain a commercial driver\'s license based on community needs.

Benefits Eligibility Base pay in range will be determined by applicant\'s skills and experience. Role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company\'s 401(k) program.
