The Audio Visual Break-Fix Technician will report to the Service Operations Manager. AV Technicians provide onsite service support to TRITECH customers. Candidates should have experience troubleshooting and servicing commercially integrated professional audio visual systems, including control processors, digital signal processors, audio/video tele-conferencing systems, video displays, video walls, projectors, screens, wired/wireless microphones, network switches and extender/receiver pairs. Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot issues, repair equipment, and provide next step resolutions for all audio-visual equipment. Coordinate scheduling with the Service Coordination team based out of New York HQ. Enter job time entries, notes, closeout information, and in-depth reports to manufacturers, service administrators, and customers. Contact and maintain relationships with manufacturers, programmers and project managers for RMAs, program changes and project information. Serve as escalation point for previously diagnosed but unresolved issues. Transport and deliver audiovisual equipment and packages between TRITECH warehouse and job sites as needed. Qualifications and Knowledge

AV Networking - Experience configuring audio visual network switches (e.g., Netgear, Cisco, Luxul). Control Systems - Experience debugging Crestron, AMX & Extron systems. D.S.P. - Experience modifying audio files on Digital Signal Processors (e.g., Biamp, QSC & Symetrix). Excellent customer service and strong communication skills. AVIXA CTS certification and Crestron DMCE certification a plus. Valid driver’s license and/or valid state ID. Experience with service ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, ZenDesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce). Compensation and Benefits
