Senior
and
Mid-Level Commercial/Business Litigation Attorney
to join its growing team. The firm handles complex business disputes including non-compete matters, trade secret theft, breach of contract, and medical practice recoupment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced litigators who want to work on impactful cases in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in a wide range of commercial/business litigation matters, including theft of trade secrets, breach of contract, medical practice recoupment, TROs and expedited discovery Manage cases from intake through resolution or trial Conduct and defend depositions Draft pleadings, motions (including motions to compel and summary judgment), and discovery responses Work closely with and secure expert witnesses Prepare for trial and participate in courtroom proceedings Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategy Qualifications
Senior Attorney: 7–15 years of commercial/business litigation experience, with trial and expert witness experience preferred Mid-Level Attorney: 4–7 years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) Licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing Strong motion practice, deposition, and trial preparation experience Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Salary and Compensation
The annual salary for this position is listed as
$150,000 – $220,000
per year. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience. The posted base pay range is
$160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
in some listings. Benefits
