This is a full-time remote role for a Non-Delegated Correspondent Lender at NEXA Mortgage. The Non-Delegated Correspondent Lender will be responsible for managing the non-delegated correspondent loan process, which includes evaluating borrower financial data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include underwriting loans, maintaining accurate documentation, providing loan status updates, and delivering excellent customer service to borrowers. Qualifications
Experience in underwriting loans and evaluating borrower financial data Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the mortgage industry Strong customer service skills and ability to provide loan status updates Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using loan origination systems and maintaining accurate documentation Ability to work independently and remotely Previous experience in the mortgage industry, particularly in a correspondent lending role, is a plus Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred Employment Details
