Job Scope: Marketing Manager
Content Creation & Branding Produce, direct, and shoot high-quality photos and videos for digital and offline channels. Conceptualize and create trendy, fun, and engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences (Gen Z, Millennials, and corporate clients). Maintain consistent brand voice, storytelling, and aesthetics across all platforms. Social Media & Campaigns Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Monitor engagement, track performance, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and ROI. Stay updated on digital trends, viral formats, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and ahead of competitors. Partnerships & Collaborations Identify and work with strategic partners (influencers, brands, F&B collaborators, lifestyle platforms, etc.) for co-branding and cross-promotion opportunities. Lead collaborations for new product launches, from ideation and planning to execution and post-campaign evaluation. Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Product Launch & Marketing Strategy Coordinate end-to-end launch marketing for new products, ensuring alignment between creative, sales, and operations teams. Develop go-to-market strategies that build excitement, drive awareness, and boost conversions. Craft engaging product narratives and promotional assets for both online and offline campaigns. Performance & Growth Analyze campaign metrics, sales performance, and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies. Manage budgets effectively to deliver high ROI. Contribute ideas to grow brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
