Lead research initiatives to uncover user insights that inform design decisions and product strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, strategists, and developers to prioritize user needs Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to validation Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and compelling presentations for stakeholders Utilize various data analysis tools to identify patterns and trends in user behavior What is Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field 6+ years of experience conducting UX research in a consultancy, agency, or enterprise environment Proven experience leading research projects throughout the entire product lifecycle Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating impactful research outcomes Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or similar platforms How to Stand Out
Experience with survey and analytics platforms like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics, and Hotjar Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex data insights Background in ethical and inclusive research practices Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and consensus-building techniques #DigitalMarketing #UserExperience #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #InclusiveResearch
