The Marketing Specialist possesses a diverse skill set, including CRM Management, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Market Research and Print Advertising, allowing for comprehensive marketing strategies. They will provide CRM technical leadership, specifically with HubSpot that supports sales leadership and all sales across the company. Further, they will build upon BR Printers’ strong Brand Presence in the printing industry, execute tactical digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand affinity and product awareness and drive customer engagement. This role requires a self-motivated, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Brand Management, Digital Media Marketing, Enterprise Solutions comprised of digital, offset, commercial printing, fulfillment, and promotional products who can find creative solutions to business challenges in a highly collaborative environment. Primary Responsibilities
CRM Management: Manage HubSpot CRM processes, workflows and reporting to ensure marketing and sales alignment. Provide technical expertise for HubSpot including basic programming of deals, leads, and align with company strategic plan. Provide email, campaign management and lead strategies utilizing HubSpot. Provide data research and prospect list creation using Seamless AI. Provide monthly reports to C-level and other management on prospects, pipeline and sales representatives activity and prospecting. Social Media and Campaign Management: Manage SEO strategy and execution of website updates, ensuring organic growth through on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and performance tracking. Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies for optimal results. Provide monthly reports to C-Level on above-described metrics. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, influencer outreach and management, social media, email, and traditional advertising. Accountable to show actual results of social media and campaign management, through monthly reporting and interaction with management. RFP Responses: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology, and HR to ensure comprehensive and solution-oriented responses. Brand Positioning, Digital Strategy, and Market Research: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and positioning across all marketing channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies. Develop and publish digital media for all BR platforms and provide technical support as needed. Secure coverage and recognition in industry publications and rankings. Event Marketing: Assist in the decision to participate in trade events by researching events - including a 12 month outlook published every 3 months. Collaborate with all stakeholders on external events in terms of campaign management, brand messaging, booth management, and post event campaign management to ensure success and positive ROI. For each event where the company participated, provide results to all stakeholders. Assets & Collateral: Lead development of sales and marketing collateral and additional internal company marketing materials. Maintain updated a general repository of sales and marketing collateral, including promoting its contents with Sales Team. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing leadership with regular reports and actionable insights. Deliver presentations summarizing key information on brand and marketing activities in creative and visual ways that effectively convey key information to executive core stakeholders. Provide Quarterly updates to the BR Leadership Team. Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience, with a preference in print and promotional products Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, and meet deadlines Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail Experience with MS Office Suite, HubSpot, and Social Media platforms Seniority level
