The Boeing Company invites applications for the Cybersecurity - Information System Security Manager (ISSM) role at the Starfire Optical Range, Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM. This position supports the R&D mission of the Air Force Research Laboratory Optics Division in advancing Space Domain Awareness capabilities. The site hosts telescope research facilities and a team of engineers and technicians dedicated to planning, design, integration, and testing of complex optical, electronic, and quantum systems to achieve research objectives. The selected candidate will rely on cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) expertise to be a technical leader and support Enterprise activities and Boeing customers across multiple classified computing domains. The ISSM is responsible for ensuring all Information System Security policies, standards, and directives are enforced to support assessment, authorization and continued operation of information systems processing classified information. Responsibilities

Perform security analysis of operational and development environments, threats, vulnerabilities and internal interfaces to define and assess compliance with accepted industry and government standards Implement the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes under the Risk Managed Framework (RMF) for new and existing information systems Support development of Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Interconnection Security Agreements (ISA), Risk Acceptance Letters (RAL) and Continuous Monitoring (CONMON) Oversee configuration management of assigned systems; audit systems to ensure security posture integrity Collaborate with Information Technology, Program Engineering, and Management to integrate security requirements Conduct risk assessments and investigations, execute risk mitigations, and oversee incident response activities Perform periodic hardware/software inventory assessments Serve as an organization spokesperson on advanced projects and programs Advise management and customers on advanced technical research studies Interface with government customers, suppliers, and company personnel to implement protective mechanisms and ensure understanding of and compliance with cybersecurity requirements Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or has been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years Currently hold certification in good standing to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM) 3+ years of experience with cyber security policies and implementation of RMF (e.g., DAAPM, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience as an ISSO or ISSM supporting classified programs 3+ years of experience using security tools in RMF for assessment and authorization, including NESSUS, ACAS, DISA STIGs, SCAP, Audit Reduction, HBSS 3+ years of experience documenting test or analysis data to demonstrate cyber security compliance Additional Details

Boeing offers a Total Rewards package including competitive base pay and variable compensation, plus eligible benefits such as health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time away from work. Pay is based on experience and market factors. Summary pay range: $115,600 - $156,400. Education:
