Job Summary

This role will be responsible for providing technical and operational support to business partners, departments, divisions, or enterprise areas and providing end-to-end support for all activities related to credentialing data and/or system management and reporting. Additionally, this role will be responsible for ensuring operational workflows remain efficient and compliant with internal and external standards as well as report monitoring and development, and data mining activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor and 2 years of business, training or project management experience

or 6 years business, training, or project management experience.

Experience in the development of training materials.

Experience facilitating groups and delivering presentations.

Experience writing process requirements, testing and life cycle through implementation.

Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work with all levels of the organization.

Ability to travel including overnight stays.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Project coordination or administrative experience in a healthcare,

credentialing, or training environment

Procedure development/documentation

Experience supporting or managing staff training programs or

onboarding processes

Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, and

PowerPoint

Knowledge and/or experience using Power BI and other development tools

Ability to coordinate multiple projects, track timelines, and collaborate across departments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining

data accuracy and confidentiality

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

with minimal supervision

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$40,900.00 - $91,000.00
