AT&T is looking for a Lead in the Digital Consumer Go-to-Market team focused on driving brand and value proposition initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, mass markets, product partners, and internal digital organization stakeholders—to plan, collaborate and execute end-to-end digital customer journeys, proactively solving problems, and managing multiple initiatives with strong organizational skills. You should have a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience and be able to drive initiatives from concept to completion. Key Roles and Responsibilities
Digital Strategy and eCommerce Coordination: Develop and align digital strategies with eCommerce solutions, ensure seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms. Manage online launch rollouts, product management, and online offer development to drive revenue and customer experience. Customer Journey and Experience Management: Understand digital audiences and personas to guide customer journeys; collaborate with technology, product, and marketing teams to prioritize and execute digital initiatives. Technology and Innovation: Lead hypothesis-driven rapid learning; focus on personalization and scalable AI use cases; drive platform technology enhancements for robust, scalable, and secure digital infrastructure. Data Analytics and Optimization: Use advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and performance metrics; collaborate with analytics teams to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize digital strategies. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas. Salary and Benefits
Lead - Digital Customer Growth salary range:
$143,800
–
$215,800
