A successful Associate Sales Executive draws on initiative and strong business acumen to conduct a thorough needs analysis within their accounts. You will develop trust and credibility with account stakeholders through knowledge of Thomson Reuters' products and services, and acquire knowledge of the tax and accounting industry. About The Role

In the role of

Associate Sales Executive , you will: Demonstrate the use of Tax & Accounting products to the customer, focusing on the Audit Workflow products Tailor client presentations to the unique needs of the individual account and articulate proposals through ROI justification to shorten the sales cycle Prospect new customers, validate their needs, shape product plans, and support other Sales Executives with setting up demos Attain sales and renewal targets and quotas on a monthly basis Possess core knowledge across products within the sub-segment and engage Solutions Consultants where deep product expertise is required to drive to close Support developing and executing territory growth strategies Seek feedback on product usage to ensure customer satisfaction Complete weekly sales performance reports and CRM reporting in a timely and accurate manner Drive strategic initiatives supported by the assigned account team to drive growth in the assigned territory Leverage sales automation tools and data insights to engage prospects and expedite sales cycles Understand customer archetypes and needs most prevalent within the sub-segment and territory Attend sales meetings and conventions as required Refer to the Role Descriptions and Career Path Progression document for specific years of experience and Education Successful sales experience with a proven/consistent track record of quota attainment About You

if you have: Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in an Account Executive role with a proven/consistent track record of quota attainment Software as a Service Sales (SAAS) experience is a plus Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques Excellent communication skills & presentation skills to maximize phone and virtual client meetings/presentations Strong prospecting and closing skills Ability to win new customers as well as cross-sell/upsell existing customers Strong time management and organization skills Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation Highly proficient in MS Office suite, utilizing a CRM (such as Salesforce preferred), and overall technical aptitude Continuous learner, flexible and open-minded, positive attitude High level of integrity and understanding of sales ethics What’s in It For You?
