Your Title: Account Excecutive, New Logo-SMB
Department: AECO
What You Will Do
Grow new, prospective Trimble AECO software customer accounts in the small to medium business space for Trimble AECO software subscription products.
Prospect and develop new leads, discover needs and pain points, and demonstrate how Trimble can address critical business needs.
Help prospects end to end through their buying process, collaborating with product sales executives and solutions engineers.
Communicate with prospective customers by outbound calls and follow-ups on leads.
Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities by building pipeline.
Stay informed on product information, enhancements, and industry updates through collaboration with product teams.
Develop and maintain long and short range sales and territory plans.
Close sales and achieve sales targets (quota).
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
3+ years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions.
A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota.
Exemplary presentation and communication skills.
Advanced selling capability with strategy, customer relations, negotiation, and closing.
Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products.
Priority given to applicants with prior construction industry experience and/or SaaS sales within the construction industry.
Excellent negotiating and closing skills with customers/prospects and internal resources.

Compensation This position is compensated by a combination of base salary plus commission. Hiring Range: 140k OTE +/-; Pay Type: Salary + Commission.
