Coastland | DCCM has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Water / Wastewater Project Manager / Designer (PE). This is a full-time hybrid role (remote and job site) with travel to serve our client. We are seeking multiple candidates to appropriately divide the territory and limit travel. We are seeking a senior professional engineer with 10+ years of experience in the public market, with technical experience in water, wastewater, stormwater, and related experience in public works planning, design, and construction management. Senior Water / Wastewater Project Manager / Designer (PE) Job Summary The Senior Water / Wastewater Project Manager / Designer (PE) will work closely with other engineers, technical specialists, and clients to successfully deliver innovative solutions for our client\'s challenges. Lead and manage water and wastewater design projects from planning through construction, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence. Collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, and clients to deliver innovative solutions. Develop project fees and estimates; manage contract negotiations and execution. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Mentor junior staff and support business development efforts where applicable. Qualifications
8+ years of project management, water/wastewater design, and attention to detail. 8+ years of experience with contract negotiation and execution. Comfortable developing project fees and estimates. Proven ability to manage aggressive project schedules and multiple priorities. Ability to work as part of a team or independently and to collaborate with experts across disciplines. 10+ years of experience and proficiency with software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and other modeling tools. Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering. Current Professional Engineer licensure in California. Education and Experience
