Infosys is seeking a Senior Java Angular developer. This position’s primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and coordinate day-to-day deliverables for the team. The candidate will assist in the technical design of large business systems; build applications, interfaces between applications, understand data security, retention, and recovery. The role holder should research technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards; contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability and scalability; contribute expertise on significant application components, program languages, databases, operating systems, etc., and guide/mentor the team during build and test phases. or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Experience in design and development of web applications using Java 17 and Spring Frameworks such as Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka and Angular 16+. Preferred Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in Java development. At least 4 years of experience in Angular 16 and above. Strong knowledge of design principles, patterns, and best practices. Experience in software development life cycle and project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. Proficient in code versioning tools, such as Git. Experience in unit testing and Agile methodology. Excellent communication skills within the team and across the organization. Experience in finance/banking industry is a plus. Ability to adapt to fast-paced development model. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. About Us
