The Account Manager/Site Supervisor provides general supervision of all Admiral Security Personnel assigned to their building(s). Responsible for all contractual aspects of security, scheduling, supplies/equipment, administrative functions, training, evaluations, supervision, payroll, and site safety.

Responsibilities

Ensure contract deliverables are met.

Manage successful client relations; act as the primary liaison between Admiral and client representatives.

Ensure accounts are managed efficiently and profitably.

Assure site employees are properly trained.

Manage the payroll process. Enter payroll in BOETA (if applicable).

Maintain appropriate account files (i.e., personnel, operations and training).

Address disciplinary problems and work with HR to investigate issues.

Must have complete knowledge of property/properties where assigned, facilities, post orders, emergency contact list, emergency procedures, special instructions, and all post duties at the site.

Assure proper use and maintenance of equipment used at the site by officers (keys/key cards, cell phones, radios, wands, etc.).

Assist with staffing of all posts to ensure complete coverage; schedule officers and fill vacancies.

Conduct inspections of officers’ appearance, licenses, and uniforms.

Review written reports and sign-in sheets for clarity, completeness, accuracy, and legibility; ensure timely daily report entries and audit for completeness.

Review Post orders and make recommendations for changes to senior management.

Other duties as assigned.

Flexible; on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Must have attended and passed Admiral Leadership training.

Must have at least 2 years of security supervisor experience or related field experience (a college degree may account for half).

Internal candidates must have exemplary performance and attendance with no disciplines within a year of applying.

Exceptional customer service skills; ability to multitask.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years security supervisor or related field.

Education: College degree may account for half of experience.

Leadership training: Admiral Leadership training.
