Leasing Professional - Domain at Midtown Park at Greystar. This role is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. This position coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, ensuring resident satisfaction and timely lease renewals. Essential Responsibilities
Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth move-in and lease signing. Inspects apartments prior to move-in to ensure move-in readiness and coordinates with maintenance for any outstanding items. Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions; develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follows policies related to concessions and programs to boost occupancy. Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including resident referrals and employer outreach; uses internet marketing tools and other community marketing plans. Uses on-site property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information. Ensures show units meet company standards; communicates maintenance needs to the maintenance team; merchandises and maintains show units and prepares the leasing office for daily activities. Follows up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and to finalize lease decisions or renewals (via email, calls, or other contact). Supports lease renewal programs by preparing renewal letters and packages, contacting renewing residents in advance of move-out dates, and ensuring renewal documents are signed on time. Responds promptly to resident and client/owner concerns, taking action to resolve issues and document requests. Qualifications & Licenses
Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions. Incumbents must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property. Physical Demands
Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects; crawl in confined areas. Work indoors or outdoors in all weather conditions. Lift up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Occasional travel may be required; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additional Compensation
Many factors determine pay within the posted range, including business requirements, experience, and location. Roles may be eligible for bonuses based on performance. Benefits
