Achieve maximum occupancy and total revenue potential by attracting qualified prospects and converting them into Residents. Community outreach and education activities to create referrals. Meet sales goals (time in selling zone, outreach zone, voice-to-voice calls, tours, home visits, prospect follow-up) and exceed occupancy budget. Respond to inquiries, schedule visits, conduct tours, and close sales per goals. Daily and weekly reviews of prospects in the pipeline (Hot Board). Participate in sales and marketing meetings, including semi-annual marketing meetings with AgeWell Solvere Living. Ensure marketing team uses Sherpa for all sales activities. Participate in Stand-Up meetings with team updates on census, move-ins, tours, events, etc. Provide Marketing Coordinator with new Resident and Family contact information to assist in move-in, including all required paperwork and unit readiness. Participate in on-site and off-site events. Collaborate with the Executive Director to address first-impression issues at the community. Review weekly productivity reports for accuracy. Participate in weekly sales calls with AgeWell Solvere Living. Collaborate with department heads to emphasize the team’s role in sales. Provide Manager on Duty weekend coverage as scheduled. Update competitor evaluations and price surveys semi-annually. Follow all emergency procedures and safety practices. Exhibit excellent customer service and public relations skills; be creative, energetic, enthusiastic, patient, flexible, encouraging, and team-oriented. Promote the community positively and communicate AgeWell Solvere Living values to residents, families, visitors, and team members. Qualifications
College degree preferred. Excellent customer service and public relations skills. Cheerful personality with a keen desire to serve seniors. Five years of sales/marketing experience with a proven track record; senior living experience preferred. Effective problem-solving skills and a creative approach to goals and problems. Experience working with seniors and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing-related software. Physically able to bend, reach, push and pull, and lift up to 40-50 pounds if necessary; able to stand for extended periods. Spends at least 30% of time traveling to referral sources in the market area. Miscellaneous
May have picture/video used in social media or advertising; may be recorded by residents’ families. May spend up to 75% of time traveling to referral sources in the market area. May be required to work weekends, holidays, or shifts other than the one hired for; may be subject to background, criminal, and drug tests; random drug testing may be required.
