The Brand Ambassador will acquire, cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service. Contract End Date: 1/10/2026. Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr. Overview Diptyque Paris is a creator of evocative perfumes for the self and the home, scented skincare products and desirable decorative objects. The role supports delivering a premium client experience in-store. Born in Saint Germain, Paris (1961), Diptyque invites customers to explore a universe that blends reverie, nature and art. Responsibilities Enhance the client experience. Greets and welcomes clients throughout all areas of the store. Connects with clients in a genuine and meaningful way. Provide clients with advice and knowledge that they may not have realized they needed. Make every client interaction personal and seamless. Exhibit behaviors that support client satisfaction goals (KPI). Boost sales through omni-channel and out-of-home base selling. Educate self and client on merchandise, events, promotions, policy and services. Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge; recommend merchandise based on client needs and preferences. Graciously handle returns and offer options based on the client’s needs. Identify and recommend merchandise across all channels; use selling tools and store technology to sell effectively. Promote benefits of the AYS program; achieve personal sales and boutique KPI goals. Cultivate and grow the client base through personalized connections and relationship-building. Strategize own business and drive self-motivated productivity; utilize digital tools and mobile devices to connect with clients. Assist in operational tasks (selling floor, back-of-house, stock, health and safety, visual merchandising); follow company policies and procedures. Complete daily opening/closing checklists and contribute to a positive team environment. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in luxury retail; beauty experience is a plus. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Industry awareness and strong business acumen; strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills. Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
