Job Title: FP&A Analyst (Technology Industry) Company: iShare Inc. Location: New York, NY or San Francisco, CA (Remote option available) Job Type: Contract (3 months) Compensation: Onsite: $75/hr (W2); Remote: $65/hr (W2) Responsibilities
Analyze trends in KPIs, focusing on financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margins. Investigate root causes of unexpected variances in financial data. Enhance budgeting processes, financial projections, and operating forecasts. Deliver data-driven insights to support management and Finance Business Partner teams. Contribute to month-end reporting, variance analysis, and spend analysis. Prepare dashboards and reports to support EPM-related initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business performance. Support data collation and analysis as required. Preferred Experience
Background in the technology industry or top-tier consulting firms. Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM implementation. Familiarity with FX, Insurance, Balance Sheet management, and Cash Flow analysis. Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Oracle, and Hyperion. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or Accounting. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Solid understanding of Oracle, financial statements, and US GAAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Self-motivated and flexible to work across time zones.
