What You’ll Do
Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets Work across multiple time zones in a remote-first environment; may be required to perform duties outside standard working hours
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
7+ years of Federal Special Programs/Intel Security Sales experience selling into the Intel agencies, focusing on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIOs) Experience with at least one earlier-stage startup ( Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals Success selling to Intel Agencies and developing at least one new logo from scratch Experience selling through a channel-led motion Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $150k–$165k USD. The salary offered will be based on geographic location and the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Cribl offers a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity. Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan.
