As a Sales Lead, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides support to both the Managers and Sales Associates and is instrumental to the delivery of our in-store success. Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance, with real-time feedback to empower the team in achieving KPI goals. Qualifications

You are a results-oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment. You communicate with care in both written and verbal form. You can charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization. You combine business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver positive results. You manage time effectively, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks when needed. Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail POS systems. You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work. Benefits
