Wealth Advisor - Mechanics Bank role at LPL Financial. This opportunity is based on an employee advisor model with Mechanics Bank, affiliated with LPL Financial. Mechanics Bank has a broad network of branches and a focus on serving local communities. Location: on-site at a local bank branch in Seattle, Lynnwood, Bellevue, Redmond, Mountlake Terrace, or Everett, WA. Responsibilities

Act as a dedicated representative assigned to a specific branch (or multiple branches) to deliver Non-Deposit Investment Products (NDIPs) and services to the branch customers and prospective customer base. Provide an advice-based approach to financial solutions for an assigned book of business. Actively solicit new and existing investments and insurance solutions from the retail client base to meet individualized needs. Establish a strong partnership with Retail Branch Managers and Centers of Influence; maintain strong working relationships with all assigned branches. Utilize a consultative, holistic approach and a needs-based sales process with appropriate assessment tools. Provide comprehensive, needs-based financial solutions by offering a range of investment/insurance solutions; deliver brokerage, advisory, and insurance solutions to meet client needs and objectives. Ensure ethical business practices and regulatory, broker-dealer, and institutional compliance; deliver a high-quality customer service experience. Build strong relationships with retail branch staff to support and motivate referral efforts; develop understanding of core institution products to support cross-selling and referrals where appropriate. Meet or exceed established sales goals for the assigned territory while maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. What we’re looking for

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred). Minimum of two (2) years of investment sales experience (preferably in a financial institution). Active licenses/registrations: Life Insurance License (state dependent), Series 7, Series 63 (if required by state), Series 65 or 66 (as applicable). Registration required by the state of hire; if not active, must acquire within the first six months of hire. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and broker-dealer applications. Preferences

Demonstrated ability to sell investment products/services with strong sales results. Broad knowledge of client needs within the bank-based investment market space. Excellent knowledge of investment/insurance products and financial planning. Core Competencies

Pay Range: $68,640 - $80,000. Salary is dependent on skill, experience, and location and may be eligible for sales incentive compensation. Job Type and Function
