Responsibilities
Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders
Conduct special financial analysis projects as assigned by management
Actively drive the annual financial planning cycle and support month-end reporting processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry with an understanding of related accounting principles
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools
Progress toward professional certification (CPA, CFA, FP&A certification)
Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
