We are seeking passionate, hard‑working individuals to represent our brand in a vibrant, highly professional work environment. This role offers training, goals, and a team‑oriented atmosphere with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities
Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner Educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items Maintaining a clean and organized salon Opening and closing the business Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking Guiding customers on how to use tanning equipment for first‑time users Attending off‑site sales and job trainings Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (about 7 hours per day) Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends Benefits and Compensation
