Entry Level Public Relations and Marketing Communications Assistant
to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in supporting campaign development, brand messaging, and event coordination while learning the fundamentals of marketing and public relations from the ground up. Position Overview
The
Public Relations and Marketing Communications Assistant
will collaborate closely with senior marketing managers and client teams to execute innovative, performance-driven campaigns. You’ll gain hands-on experience in multiple facets of marketing and communications, from event planning to client relations, while representing high-profile brands and learning how to create impactful public engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities
Support the
planning and execution
of marketing, advertising, and public relations campaigns
Assist the Marketing Manager with campaign integration, client communications, and performance tracking
Coordinate and manage
on-site promotional events
and community outreach initiatives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and event staff
Help design
marketing materials, visual displays, and promotional content
Track campaign metrics, event performance, and customer feedback to improve future campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Take part in ongoing leadership and professional development training
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (preferred but not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Outgoing, professional demeanor with leadership potential
Full work authorization in the U.S.
