Real Estate Acquisitions Manager , you will be part of
HomeVestors Partners of America , a subsidiary of Bayview Asset Management. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients looking to sell their properties. You will engage with motivated sellers, utilizing your strong sales and negotiation skills to deliver outstanding results. This is a highly entrepreneurial role with clear goals and performance incentives. The base salary for this position is $58,750, with commission. Last year, our top performing acquisition managers exceeded $125,000 in total compensation. Responsibilities
Engage with motivated sellers to assess property value and determine offers. Lead acquisitions process, including making offers based on market trends and overseeing transaction progress. Build and maintain client relationships, providing tailored solutions and exceptional service. Collaborate with title, legal, construction, and operations teams; mentor junior team members. Travel to properties for site visits, client meetings, and property evaluations as needed. Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage client interactions. Qualifications
Experience: 4-10 years in sales or business development. Real Estate License: Must possess a real estate license or be willing and able to obtain one within 90 days of hire. Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset; able to meet clear goals. Strong Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills with the ability to close deals. Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively. Accountability & Integrity: High level of ownership and ethical standards in all transactions. Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools for communication and organization. Flexibility: Able to work during business hours and evenings or weekends to meet client needs. Benefits & Compensation

Travel: 10% or as necessary. The role requires driving to properties and conducting site visits. The incumbent must regularly sit, use hands, speak, and hear. The work environment is typically moderate in noise; duties may require standing, walking, or bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Vision requirements include close, color, and focused vision.
