We’re looking for a creative storyteller who lives on Instagram and TikTok, someone who knows what trends are peaking, what sounds are taking off, and what makes people stop scrolling. As our Instagram + TikTok Content Creator, you’ll bring Parrot’s warm, playful energy to life through short, engaging videos and posts. From skits and tips to did-you-know facts and behind-the-scenes moments, you’ll turn everyday ideas into thumb-stopping content that connects with our audience.

What You’ll Do
Create and edit short-form videos (Reels + TikToks) that showcase Parrot’s personality and purpose. Stay on top of trending sounds, memes, and formats, and adapt them to our brand voice. Work directly with the founders to brainstorm and storyboard content ideas. Write concise, catchy captions and hooks that boost engagement and watch time. Maintain a consistent posting rhythm (3-5x per week) and plan content calendars in advance. Track analytics and help refine what works: visuals, pacing, tone, and timing. Be comfortable appearing on camera. What You Bring
Proven experience creating engaging Reels and TikToks (portfolio or examples required). Comfort editing in apps like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, or TikTok native tools. Strong understanding of social storytelling, hook structure, and retention tactics. Eye for lighting, framing, and audio, even when shooting on your phone. Ability to translate brand personality into authentic, relatable content. Collaborative energy, self-direction, and a good sense of humor. Love productivity, mental health, or creative tools. Enjoy voiceovers and skits. Understand how to test hashtags, captions, and thumbnails to optimize reach. Can repurpose viral formats in a way that still feels fresh and on-brand. Compensation
Hourly rate based on experience. Performance bonuses available for content that exceeds engagement or growth targets.
