4 days onsite, Friday remote
Key Responsibilities
Design, code, and maintain responsive web pages and landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools and hosting platforms
Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to implement A/B tests, analytics, and UX improvements that support lead generation and engagement goals
Optimize site performance, accessibility, and page speed across browsers and devices
Work with design files (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.) and translate them into pixel-perfect front-end experiences
Integrate marketing tools and third-party platforms (CRM, analytics, forms, etc.)
Ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented across all web content and structures, including LLM SEO
Maintain and update technical documentation for marketing systems and workflows
Qualifications
2–5 years of professional web development experience, preferably in a marketing or growth team environment
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (vanilla and libraries), and responsive design
Proven ability to create custom CMS templates and functionality using PHP, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
Strong understanding of technical SEO, web accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Pardot) and Google Analytics or GA4
A strong eye for design and detail—comfortable working with brand/style guides
Excellent communication and time management skills
Experience with CRM integrations
