Overview
Senior Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) at Contabo. We are looking for a full-time, permanent candidate to start as soon as possible. We operate remote-first with the option to work hybrid or on-site based on proximity to European locations. Responsibilities
Own multi-country and multi-channel budgets in the five- to six-figure range per month. Manage and optimize campaigns across search, display, social, and programmatic channels. Mentor and align junior marketers and contribute to the team’s performance culture. Collaborate with the Team Lead Performance Marketing to shape strategy and ensure execution at a high standard. Analyze data in GA4, Looker, SEMrush, and similar tools; identify trends and translate insights into actionable steps. Lead creative testing, bidding automation, and use AI tools to optimize performance and scale campaigns. Prototype new ideas, test bold approaches, and implement processes that improve long-term efficiency and scalability. Qualifications
7–8 years of experience in Google Ads, GA4, Meta (Facebook), Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads. Proficiency with SEO/SEA tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs. Solid experience with Looker, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI. Hands-on use of AI tools for creative testing, audience modeling, bidding automation, and workflow copilots (e.g., n8n). Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven decision-making. Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus. Industry background in subscription models, e-commerce, or cloud/hosting is a plus. Leadership skills: ability to mentor, align, and support colleagues. What We Offer
