Responsibilities

Lead electrical testing and commissioning projects at substations and generator plants.

Develop standard testing procedures and documentation.

Lead project teams, train new team members, and maintain client relationships.

Support safety and quality throughout the testing process.

Qualifications

Proficiency with protection relays from GE, SEL, ALSTOM, SCHNEIDER, SIEMENS, and ABB.

Strong grasp of AC/DC diagrams and ability to devise detailed testing procedures.

Proven experience in engineering and commissioning within substation settings.

Capability to develop standard testing documentation and training materials.

NICET certification, or willingness to obtain, is a plus.

Exceptional ability to manage resources and maintain client relationships.

Adept in testing a broad range of electrical equipment and systems.

Strong leadership skills for guiding project teams and training new team members.
