Overview
Hiring Part-Time Nuclear Medicine Technologist PET/CT CDL Nuclear is a growing organization with current operations in more than 28 states with new facilities being added each month. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest growing diagnostic imaging medical companies in the country. Reporting to the Staffing Manager, the PET Technologist is responsible for daily operations of the camera to obtain high quality images based on clinical protocols as directed by our on-site physicians. You will perform patient care during the scan as well as be responsible for the Rb-82 isotope dose administration, maintaining the hot lab, ensuring that patient imaging and all clinical procedures are performed with high standards, while assuring compliance with all State, OSHA and other regulations are strictly adhered to at all times. Responsibilities
Operate the PET/CT camera to obtain high quality images following clinical protocols as directed by on-site physicians. Perform patient care during the scan and ensure patient safety and comfort. Administer Rb-82 isotope dose as required and maintain accurate dose records. Maintain the hot lab and related equipment in accordance with regulations and standards. Ensure imaging procedures comply with State, OSHA and other regulatory requirements. Job details

Education: Associate Degree or bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine CNMT or ARRT California State License Ability to produce quality imaging with little supervision Ability to pass background, urine drug screen and physical Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification and BLS or ACLS Valid driver’s license and proof of current insurance Benefits
