On-Site BIM Manager - Data Center

Olsson . Join our team for a unique opportunity working directly with one of the world's largest technology companies. As a BIM Manager, you will collaborate with our BIM team to maintain accurate Revit and CAD files, serve as the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance, and coordinate the delivery of all handover content for data center projects. This role requires the ability to multitask and work well with our team and a variety of people. You will also provide document and project closeout support, coordinate content for construction and operation, and act as the site representative for the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), working closely with the client and project teams to oversee day-to-day document maintenance, QA/QC checks, and compliance with client standards to meet deadlines and goals. Responsibilities
Maintain accurate Revit and CAD files and act as the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance. Coordinate the delivery of all handover content for data center projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Provide document & project closeout support, coordinating content for construction and operation. Serve as the site representative for the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and work closely with the client and project teams. Oversee day-to-day document maintenance, conduct QA/QC checks, and ensure compliance with client standards to meet project deadlines and goals. Qualifications
Passionate about working collaboratively with others, taking ownership, and using talents to positively affect communities. Ability to contribute and work well on a team; excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant software tools. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Proven experience in BIM management, document control, and project coordination within the construction or engineering industry. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work well within a team.
