Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Oregon

Join a dedicated team of five anesthesia providers (1 MDA, 4 CRNAs) serving a close-knit community of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful Oregon.

Position Highlights
Competitive Total Compensation: $390K+
Excellent base salary
Quality incentives up to $40K
Call-back pay and more
Commencement Bonus: $30,000
Annual CME Package: $8,000 for CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions + paid CME time
Student Loan Repayment Available
Full Benefits: 401(k) match, paid malpractice, and comprehensive insurance coverage Generous Time Off: 52 days off annually through the schedule, plus PTO
Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week
Full-time, permanent hospital-employed position
5 FTE group, including one CRNA providing pain management services
Facility & Environment
Level IV Trauma Center within a growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital
Brand-new surgical floor as part of a 96,000 sq. ft. hospital expansion
5 operating suites, 2 endoscopy suites (can flex to 2 additional ORs)
15 pre/post-op rooms and 7 PACUs
