We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Agentic Automations Engineer

to join our AI Engineering organization. This role is pivotal in evolving our existing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities into next-generation

agentic automation solutions

that power enterprise-wide business processes. You will work at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise systems, leveraging our AI platform to deliver intelligent, scalable, and secure automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement

automation standards

for agentic workflows across the enterprise.

Lead the

technical delivery of agentic automation solutions , ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.

Serve as the

technical lead for a global, matrixed team

(no direct reports), providing guidance and mentorship.

Design and develop

AI-driven agents , enterprise-grade chatbots, MCP servers, and workflow engines.

Integrate and extend existing

RPA platforms

(e.g., Automation Anywhere) into agentic automation frameworks.

Build and deploy solutions using

Docker and Kubernetes

in enterprise environments.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify

process optimization opportunities

and leverage

process mining

techniques.

Ensure secure integration with enterprise systems, adhering to authentication and authorization best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

or related technical field.

7+ years of experience

in automation engineering, software development, or related roles.

Proven expertise in

agentic automation

and

AI agent development .

Strong programming skills in

Python, Rust, and TypeScript .

Experience with

full-stack development

and building enterprise-grade applications.

Hands-on experience with

agentic runtimes

and frameworks such as

n8n, LangGraph, Agno .

Proficiency in

Docker, Kubernetes , and containerized deployments.

Familiarity with

RPA tools

(e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or similar).

Solid understanding of

enterprise systems ,

authentication mechanisms , and

security best practices .

Preferred Qualifications

Experience defining

enterprise automation standards

and governance models.

Background in

business process optimization

and

process mining .

Prior experience in a

matrixed global organization .

Knowledge of

workflow orchestration ,

event-driven architectures , and

microservices .

Exposure to

AI platform engineering

and

MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers .

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR Masters degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

2+ years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$111,300.00 - $166,900.00. The pay range reflects the broad minimum to maximum for the posted location. Salary is one component of total compensation, which also includes bonus, potential RSU grants, and a comprehensive benefits package. Details will be discussed with your recruiter.
