Impact Gymnastics Academy is growing and we need an in-house NinjaZone Program Director. We have expanded our facility to over 24,000 square foot, with a brand new NGS 45 foot, two bay, fully equipped Ninja Rig! Ninjazone Director: Are you passionate about movement, fitness, and working with kids? Do you want to be part of an exciting and growing sport? Impact's NinjaZone program - a fusion of gymnastics, martial arts tricking, parkour, and obstacle training, is looking for an energetic, inspiring, Director to lead our next generation of Ninjas and Ninja coaches! Responsibilities
Coach, lead, and implement our NinjaZone program and goals. Lead and develop NinjaZone coaches and staff. Promote a positive, safe, and growth-minded environment for children. Collaborate with leadership on program expansion and facility use. Qualifications
Experience in coaching or directing youth fitness or Ninja programs. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Commitment to safety, inclusion, and lifelong learning. Ability to inspire and motivate children and teams. Compensation & Benefits
