The duration is 12-18 months. Location is remote within the US with travel required from time to time to Dallas, TX and Toledo, OH. This role requires US Citizens or Green Card Holders only; OPT, EAD, H1, STEM, F1, H4 or other non-immigrant statuses are not eligible. External vendors are not considered for this role. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive OCM strategy aligned to ERP transformation goals. Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness evaluations. Define KPIs and success metrics for adoption and sustainment. Build and activate a change champion and ambassador network. Design and manage multi-phase communication plans (early lightweight, later high-impact). Facilitate executive alignment sessions and stakeholder workshops. Develop training strategy and delivery roadmap tailored to ERP rollout phases. Oversee creation of training content, job aids, and performance support tools. Coordinate with internal and external training resources (e.g., Concentric, Oracle). Provide overview training to ambassadors and end-user business units. Lead day-to-day management of the OCM program, including collateral creation and campaign execution. Integrate OCM into program governance and reporting structures. Collaborate with SI OCM teams and Oracle marketing/content resources. Design reinforcement and sustainment plans for post-go-live adoption. Conduct maturity assessments and continuous improvement cycles. Transition OCM ownership to client teams with coaching and playbooks. Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with at least 5 years leading Oracle ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP). At least 2 projects leading large-scale, multi-year transformation programs. Experience working with systems integrators from a project management perspective. Experience with ServiceNow (as a user is acceptable). An MBA is a plus. Certifications in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP) are desirable. Seniority level
