Salary Range: $199,000 to $277,000 (DOE) annually + benefits

Strong foundation in pediatric and family medicine
Experience in community health, chronic disease, mental health, and underserved populations preferred
Commitment to health equity and culturally responsive care
Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Pediatrician to join our nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) team in Santa Cruz County. In this full-time role, you’ll deliver full-spectrum pediatric care, including preventive visits, chronic disease management, urgent care, and wellness support. You will serve as a core member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary Care Team, and have the unique opportunity to act as a clinical leader and mentor, with optional precepting of Family Medicine residents in a new academic program. Clinical responsibilities also include participation in telehealth services, quality improvement initiatives, and dedicated administrative time for documentation and care planning.
