Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Manager with experience in the Government Contracting space for an opportunity on a Temporary or Permanent basis. Responsibilities
Manage procurement activities including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management. Review, draft, and negotiate reseller and OEM agreements, NDAs, and teaming arrangements. Support bid and proposal (B&P) efforts by obtaining vendor quotes and pricing for RFP responses. Ensure all procurement actions are compliant with FAR, DFARS, CSPR and company policies. Maintain a centralized database of supplier and reseller agreements, terms, and renewal timelines. Collaborate with Finance and Contracts teams to ensure accurate flow-down clauses, pricing, and payment terms. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, risk exposure, and compliance certifications. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement strategy, small business requirements, and compliance standards. Support audits and internal reviews related to procurement and vendor management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in procurement, contracts, or supply chain within a
government contracting environment . Strong working knowledge of
FAR/DFARS , GSA schedules, and federal acquisition lifecycle. Experience drafting and negotiating
reseller or OEM agreements
preferred. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with MS Office; experience with
Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems
a plus. Ability to work cross-functionally and provide practical procurement guidance to internal teams.
