Ability to read and interpret installation schematics Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred Experience assembling and installing furniture Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry Key Responsibilities
Drive company work van to pick up and transport materials from warehouse to job sites Install custom closet systems in clients\' homes or businesses according to design specifications Lead and direct the installer assistant during installations Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service Complete post installation clean-up and final inspection We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.
