The International Criminal Court (ICC) and the Trust Fund for Victims (TFV) seek a dedicated Associate Grants Officer to contribute to the fundraising strategy with a focus on developing and managing grant proposals and agreements to secure multi-annual, project-based funding from traditional and non-traditional sources (including development assistance and private sector). Duties and Responsibilities

Analyse policies and funding trends, identify public and private sector priorities to tailor resource mobilisation and business development efforts Identify emerging sources of funding including foundations, private sector, and development cooperation portfolios Contribute to donor intelligence, resource mobilisation and donor relationship management strategies Draft concept notes and grant proposals, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging in proposals and donor communications Assist in negotiating donor agreements and in preparing reports and written communications Track and evaluate resource mobilisation activities to ensure measurable results aligned with TFV goals and donor expectations Develop guidelines and tools to ensure compliance with grants, donor requirements, internal policies and audit standards Assist in designing tools for donor stewardship and contribute to external events and strategic engagements to support fund mobilisation Essential Qualifications

Education:

Advanced university degree in international relations, international law, political/science fields or related; a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted; specialised training in fundraising or grant management is an asset. Experience:

Minimum of two years (four years with a first-level degree) of experience in fundraising, grant proposal development, or resource mobilisation; experience with international organisations is highly desirable. Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Demonstrated experience in resource mobilisation and donor engagement; knowledge of project and grant management processes including budget development, reporting, and compliance; advanced digital proficiency and experience with web-based grant management systems and data analysis tools; ability to draft effectively; excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; analytical thinking, innovation, and results-oriented approach; ability to work independently and manage competing priorities; teamwork and cultural sensitivity. Languages:

Fluency in English or French is required; working knowledge of the other language is desirable. Knowledge of another official ICC language (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Spanish) is an asset. Organisational Context

The International Criminal Court and the Trust Fund for Victims operate under the Rome Statute. The TFV mobilises resources and implements Court-ordered reparations and related programmes for victims. General Information
