An award-winning non-profit hospital and one of the nation’s most integrated health systems is seeking a CRNA to join their experienced, collegial team of 6 CRNAs due to growth of a new service line. Options for full-time, part-time, and 1099 Flexible scheduling options considered Emphasis on work-life balance and typically out by 3p or earlier Independent practice model (no physician oversight) with strong support including anesthesia techs and anesthesia RNs Epic EMR Varied case mix doing a bit of everything, including regional blocks and epidurals (training available) — no heart, no head, and no spine Opportunity to work with Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) Comprehensive benefits (for full-time employed) including PSLF, health, dental, vision, and more Salary guarantee of $307,500 plus signing bonus, relocation assistance, CME stipend $750 monthly educational stipend for new grads while completing training Location : Des Moines River Valley Des Moines River Valley offer outdoor recreation such as water activities, biking, hiking, golfing, off-roading vehicle trails, fishing, kayaking, and more.
