$140,000 base Production Bonus:
Monthly production bonus with NO negative accrual Sign-On/Bonus Potential:

Minimum of 3+ years small animal experience preferred. Clinical Proficiency:
Confidence in general procedures such as spay, neuter, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery is essential. Licensing:
DVM degree or equivalent and a Missouri veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain). Mindset:
A strong interest in leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, compassionate approach with clients and colleagues. Interest in exotics or behavior medicine is a definite plus.
