Job Description Inova OB/GYN is seeking dedicated physicians (DO/MD) to join our team. We offer 13 OB/GYN locations across Northern Virginia and continue to grow to meet the unique needs of the communities we are privileged to serve.

Inova Women’s Services has one of the largest obstetric programs in the metropolitan Washington, D.C., area with more than 10,000 births at Inova Women’s Hospital, and a total of more than 20,000 across the entire Inova system. Inova’s Gynecology program is nationally ranked by US News & World Report. We have dedicated operating rooms as well as recovery facilities and have access to the latest clinical trials and state of the art technology.

OB/GYN Physician Job Responsibilities
Physicians in this role function as OB/GYN Generalists
Inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN practice
Conduct regular gynecologic exams
Provide prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care
Manage labor and delivery processes
Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions
Maintain a consultative relationship with multidisciplinary team
Applicants may be considered for current and future opportunities.
Qualifications
Education:
Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution. Board eligible or board certified in OBGYN.
Experience:
Successful completion of Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
Licensure:
Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia
Payor Credentialing:
Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third-party payors and ability to enroll as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor
Medical Staff Credentialing:
Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services
Applicants may be considered for current and future opportunities including full time, part time and PRN positions. Positions available for various facilities, shifts and specialty areas.
