Application Developer LCAT:
Mid and Senior Location:
DIA HQ, Washington, D.C. Required clearance:
TS/SCI with willingness to take CI poly Required experience:
At least 10 years for Senior; at least 6 years for Mid. Required education:
Bachelor\'s degree or master\'s degree Requirements: Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development, including packages, procedures, and functions Experience developing and supporting applications anchored in Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and newer implementations, and different or emerging technologies, including cloud and AI Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL development, including procedures and functions Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C#, Java, or web services Experience writing web service calls and performing application to database integration Experience working for HHS clients, including NIH Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment Ability to communicate with stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding, and support multiple efforts concurrently Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
